Here are the terms and conditions of the website and company Julija Pretner s.p. that we prepared in order to facilitate and optimise your booking and purchasing experience.

The manager of the website www.apartmapretner.com (hereinafter: website) is Julija Pretner s.p., Lepena 21, 5232 Soča (hereinafter: manager).

User of the website and/or the services of the manager (hereinafter: user) can contact the manager via phone or e-mail. For booking purposes, the manager collects user’s first name and last name and their e-mail address or phone number. Manager’s valid contact information is: 00386 41 576 314 and/or julija@apartmapretner.com.

To confirm the booking, the user wires the amount of one night charge to the manager (account: SI56 0444 5022 7584 271). That amount is deducted on the bill at departure. The pricelist is available on this website, under Apartments. Prices are in euros and include VAT. The user pays also the tourist tax as specified in the pricelist. Payment is in cash.

The user is bound to use the rented apartment respectfully and is responsible for their safety and belongings. Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.

The manager takes care of the final cleaning.
Arrival is after 3 pm, departure until 10 am.

The user must present a valid document of all the people staying in the apartment, as the manager needs to register them all. Valid document is ID, passport or driving licence.
